Who we are

What we collect

When you join the waitlist we collect your email address. When you request a demo or a build we collect your name, email and company name. We also store the message of the form and the time you submitted it.

When you browse the site we collect limited, privacy-respecting analytics (pages viewed, approximate region, device type, and product events such as opening the calculator). We do not build advertising profiles.

Why we use it and our legal basis

We use your contact details to add you to the waitlist, follow up about early access, and respond to demo or build requests - on the basis of your consent and our legitimate interest in operating a pre-launch product.

We use analytics to understand which pages and messages are useful and to improve the site, on the basis of our legitimate interest in a working, measurable product. Where required, analytics runs only with your consent.

Who processes it

We use a small number of processors strictly to run the service: our hosting provider, our team-messaging provider (Slack, where waitlist and contact submissions are delivered to us), our bot-protection provider (Cloudflare Turnstile, which screens form submissions) and our analytics providers (Google Analytics / Google Tag Manager and PostHog, used only with your consent). These act on our instructions under data-processing terms.

Data is hosted in the EU. We do not sell your data and do not use your business data to train third-party AI models.

How long we keep it

We keep waitlist and demo data until the product launches and for a reasonable period afterwards to follow up, or until you ask us to delete it - whichever comes first. Analytics data is retained for a limited period in aggregate form.

Your rights

Under the GDPR you can request access to your data, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and you can object to processing or withdraw consent at any time. To do any of these, email [email protected]. You also have the right to complain to your local data protection authority (in Lithuania, the State Data Protection Inspectorate, VDAI).
